Shipping
I take fast shipping seriously. I currently provide next day shipping on all orders. However, I do not ship on Saturday/Sunday.
Packaging
My goal is to reduce waste. I currently use poly-mailer bags that can be recycled or composted. I also REUSE poly-mailer bags, boxes, packing materials etc. that have been donated to my business.
Returns
- You’ll have 14 days from arrival to postmark an item for return. Please email greenhavenmerc@gmail.com to request a return with a list of the items you wish to send back and the reason (did not fit, didn't like the color, not as described, etc).
- Unfortunately at this time, you will not be reimbursed for the return label. The return label cost will be subtracted from your return money owed.
- If the item was new with tags, the tag must still be in place. If it has been removed you will not be refunded for the item.
- Your refund will be awarded to your original form of payment.
EXCEPTION TO RETURN POLICY:
Handbags, accessories, & undergarments are NON-REFUNDABLE / FINAL SALE.
Did your item arrive damaged? Not as described?
Please email greenhavenmerc@gmail.com with a couple of photos and explanation of damage/errors. Upon approval, I will send you a return label at no cost to you and issue your refund once the item has been received back. In most cases I will not have an exchange option available.
